Kelly Inglis
Co Founder & Master Agent
Kelly is not just a beauty therapist, she is an industry powerhouse with over two decades of classified expertise in skin and ink. Her mission began with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy at The Centre of Excellence, and in 2007 she established the award-winning Pure Skin Clinic, a name that quickly became synonymous with excellence. By 2019, her vision evolved into The Skin Hub, a 300 sq metre destination of prestige, and today, alongside her business partner and confidant Georgie Westley, they oversee The Agency of Skin and Ink.
An internationally trained and award winning Cosmetic Tattoo Artist, Kelly has studied under the world’s finest to master every advanced technique, from brows, lips and liner to scalp micropigmentation, saline and laser tattoo removal. Her skills are sought after nationwide by clients who demand the undetectable.
Kelly is also Co-Founder and Co-Director of Australian Colour Technologies, the force behind some of the industry’s most coveted brands, bdr Medical Beauty Skincare, Goldeneye Micropigmentation, The Beauty Boom and Medicone Gel®.
Decorated with multiple accolades, including Novice Cosmetic Tattooist of the Year in her first year of tattooing and Best Salon Design for The Skin Hub, Kelly’s reputation precedes her. Away from the Agency, Kelly loves the quiet life with her partner Daniel of 27 years and their four children. Whether exploring hidden antique markets or far flung destinations, her love for discovery mirrors her lifelong pursuit of unearthing the world’s most coveted beauty secrets.
Georgie Westley
Co Founder, Educator & Master Agent
With over 25 years in the beauty industry, Georgie is a seasoned mastermind whose career has been devoted to perfecting the art of skin and ink. Known for her precision in cosmetic tattooing, mastery in tattoo removal, and devotion to training the next generation, she is one of the Agency’s most powerful assets.
As an accredited trainer and industry educator, Georgie’s dossier of expertise spans beauty therapy, makeup artistry, nail technology, skin science, and advanced hair removal. She has lectured nationally and internationally, guiding blossoming artists to reach new heights under her mentorship. A relentless investigator of innovation, Georgie has travelled the globe to train under the world’s finest, bringing home the kind of classified knowledge that sets The Agency apart.
After more than 12 years of successfully owning and operating Distinctive Features Cosmetic Tattoo and Beauty in Melbourne, Georgie has brought her wealth of experience, refined artistry, and passion for the industry into an exciting new chapter. Following the merger of Distinctive Features with Kelly’s clinic The Skin Hub, this collaboration has united two trusted names in the industry, combining their expertise, loyal client bases, and shared vision for exceptional results.
Now based in Geelong, Georgie has joined forces with Kelly to bring this partnership to life through The Agency of Skin and Ink. Together, they offer a seamless blend of advanced skin treatments and cosmetic tattooing in a modern, welcoming space, marking a dynamic new era for both their brands and the clients they proudly serve.
Her distinguished career is decorated with accolades, including Tattooist of the Year at the Australian Beauty Industry Awards, the Outstanding Industry Contributor Award from ABACTA, the Whittlesea Business Award for Innovation & Enterprise, and the Northern Business Achievement Award. Beyond personal recognition, Georgie is the co-founder of APMAC (Australian Permanent Makeup Artists Conference), cementing her as an architect of industry progress.
Alongside Kelly, she also helms Australian Colour Technologies, curating the world’s most coveted professional brands for distribution across Australia and New Zealand — including The Beauty Boom and Medicone Gel®.
Yet for all her prestige, Georgie is as grounded as she is glamorous. Away from the Agency, she is a proud mother to two teenage daughters, and the devoted guardian of her beloved fur-babies, Duke, Prince & Queenie.
Shannon
Mission Coordinator
Shannon is the Mission Coordinator of The Agency — the trusted guide who ensures your secret skin mission begins and ends flawlessly. With a background spanning both the beauty and corporate worlds, she blends professionalism with genuine warmth, creating a seamless, elevated experience from the moment you arrive.
Originally trained as a qualified hairdresser with over five years of salon experience, Shannon rejoined the beauty industry after more than a decade in office administration. Since stepping into The Agency, she has immersed herself in the science of skin, completing nearly 40 advanced DMK training webinars, including Program One certification — the essential foundation for specialist product knowledge.
Known for her approachable nature and meticulous eye for detail, Shannon ensures that every client feels safe, cared for, and indulged. Whether coordinating appointments, preparing for treatments, or managing the finer details behind the scenes, she orchestrates the journey with quiet precision.
Beyond the Agency, Shannon is an avid traveller, having explored more than 25 countries and even spent a year living in London. She treasures time with family and friends, hosting weekends at her house near the beach, the Collingwood Football Club (sorry), Mexican food and planning her next adventure.

Jo
Senior Skin Agent
Jo is a highly experienced skin therapist and industry trainer, with a deep passion for advanced, results driven skin treatments. With over 26 years of hands on experience in the treatment room and the classroom, she combines clinical knowledge with a practical expertise to help clients achieve real, visible skin improvements. She holds a number of qualifications including a Diploma of Beauty Therapy and her Cert IV Training and Assessment, as well as numerous other industry qualifications.
Jo specialises in custom skin treatments, believing that no two skins are the same. Every treatment plan is carefully tailored to address each client's individual concerns, whether that's ageing, pigmentation, acne or overall skin health. Her focus is always on delivering treatments that are both corrective and supportive of long term skin function.
Alongside her work as a therapist, Jo is also a dedicated trainer in the beauty industry. She loves sharing her knowledge and mentoring other therapists, helping them build confidence, develop their skills and deliver high quality results for their own clients.
Known for her honest approach and commitment to education, Jo believes that great skin comes from the right combination of advanced technology, professional skincare and personalised treatment plans. Her goal is always the same, to help every client feel confident in their skin through treatments that truly work.
Outside of work, Jo loves her family, early morning pilates and long walks on the beach. She loves good friends, good food and French champagne (and a few cheeky cocktails).
Nikita
Dermal Clinician
With over five years in the field, operating across both luxury spa sanctuaries and clinical skin environments, Nikita is a true dual front specialist. Her mission: to fuse indulgent relaxation with evidence based precision, delivering treatments tailored with meticulous attention to every individual she encounters.
Her credentials are secured and verified with a Certificate III in Beauty Services, a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, and a Bachelor of Dermal Science. Throughout her career, Nikita has consistently ranked as a highest reviewed therapist across previous roles, with performance awards earned during her training mission excellence, officially recognised.
Her expertise runs deep. Nikita holds advanced knowledge of skin biology and tissue anatomy and is highly proficient in a wide spectrum of laser and light based technologies, targeting hair, skin, and vascular concerns. She is experienced in resurfacing procedures and strategic wound healing management, and skilled in manual lymphatic drainage, including the complexities of lymphatic and adipose conditions. She conducts advanced skin consultations and manages pre and post operative care with precision. Her capabilities extend further into massage and a full suite of beauty and spa services, including sugaring, waxing, tinting, and more.
Agent Nikita’s approach is distinctly holistic, never limited to surface level assumptions. Through her own experience managing hormonally driven acne, she developed a deeper understanding of the body as an interconnected system, where hormones, gut health, and psychological factors all influence the skin. She works with both precision and compassion, delivering strictly evidence based treatments while fostering genuine human connection. Complex cases are not avoided, they are welcomed. Every client interaction is built on trust, and handled with care.

Sabrina
Agent of Skin & Brows
At just 23, Sabrina has already secured her place within The Agency as a dedicated agent-in-training, armed with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy from the Centre of Excellence and mentorship under our very own Senior Agent, Jo. Her passions lie in the artistry of skin, brows, and lashes — the subtle details that redefine confidence while remaining undetectable to the outside world.
Clients love her for her warmth, approachable nature, and ability to make every appointment feel like both a treatment and a catch-up with a trusted confidante. Sabrina brings youthful energy balanced by precision, ensuring every mission she takes on is executed with care and class.
Beyond the Agency, you’ll find her enjoying walks by the beach, sharing platters with friends, or at home with her loyal ginger cat, Chester.
